Fire Risk Assessments - To carry out on the customers behalf a Fire Risk Assessment of the workplace as required by Fire Regulations and Health and Safety at Work Act. The law requires that all organisations with more than five employees must prepare a formal document that identifies the risk and actions that have been taken to reduce the possibility of a fire. This document will, in the event of a fire be used as a file of evidence, proving that all adequate fire precautions had been taken and that this specific occurrence was outside the scope of fair and reasonable Fire Risk Assessment.
